The stress stored in our body does not simply go away. I learnt from my own healing journey that the mental symptoms have to be treated alongside the physical symptoms to bring about a mind, body and emotional connection. I spent years being grateful for my developing self awareness but still questioned why I felt so stuck in my own body. 


I learnt that the energy I used to suppress all my own thoughts, emotions and bodily sensations, only increased my body tension, which kept me stuck in fight or flight and caused the majority of my mental and physical health problems. I knew then that I had to make a change.


I now believe that a combination of Reiki, Shamanic Healing, Chi Kung, Physical Rehabilitation, Creativity, Massage Therapy, Talking Therapies, Thai Reflexology, Tai Chi, Yoga and Meditation practices all go hand in hand when bringing about a sense of wholeness and I want to offer you the opportunity to experience this healing journey with me.


At Release Therapies I use my intuition to tailor a treatment plan to suit your needs. I focus on the self going inward, building a strong foundation and enquiring inside. I will use my intuition to facilitate you into my holistic therapy sessions synced to your breath allowing you to release your stress, strengthen and grow.
