Body Movement

For me professionally and personally, body movement has been a way for self expression, dance, exercise, physical rehabilitation, healing and ceremony. Body movement has been used for centuries as a way to bring about connection, strength, balance, flexibility, better posture, energy, confidence, celebration, trauma release, stress release, sensation and emotion. It can help uncover and resolve subconscious findings which helps build self awareness and growth. If you find seated meditation and stillness difficult and you have a lot of stuck energy waiting to be released, a body movement session could be just for you. These sessions can be done seated or standing. People often come away feeling re energised, with a sense of liberation, purpose and self empowerment. At Release Therapies I focus on the self, going inward and enquiring inside. Moving your mind and body can help you reset, refocus and recharge. I will use my intuition to facilitate you into the body movement exercises synced to your breath, allowing you to connect to a deep sense of relaxation.
