Body movement is a form of self expression, exercise, healing and ceremony. It has been used for centuries as a way to release trauma and bring about a connection between the mind and body. We are then able to tune into our inner strength, balance, flexibility, posture, energy, sensation and emotion. These sessions can be done in sitting, standing or lying down. People often come away feeling more energised, grounded and happy.
Meditation is another service that I offer if you want to find lasting happiness and fulfilment in your life. It's really important to calm your thinking mind in order to rest and recover. You will learn to comfort the part of yourself who is lonely, depressed or even in despair. Meditation can be carried out in sitting or lying down.
At Release Therapies I focus on the self, going inward and enquiring inside. I will use my intuition to facilitate you into the body movement exercises and meditation synced to your breath allowing you to connect to a deep sense of release and relaxation.
